Evora was born in a research lab in Zurich, Switzerland — but the idea behind it came from something far more personal. Dr. Elise Haller spent over two decades studying biomechanics and joint compression alongside her husband, Dr. Markus Haller, at the University of Zurich. When Markus passed away after a long battle with chronic knee deterioration, Elise found herself surrounded by years of research, unfinished notes, and a question she couldn't let go of: why were so many people still suffering from knee pain when the science to help them already existed?

She brought that question back to her colleagues. Together, a small team of researchers and engineers who had worked alongside Markus for years decided to finish what he had started. Not as an academic paper. As something people could actually use.

The Evora Precision Band is the result of that work — three years of prototyping, testing, and refining a single focused solution.
